A Few of Our Stunning Brides!

Jackie is an incredible person and so talented. Such a joy to work with! My wedding dress fit like a glove and looked incredible. Jackie also altered my mom’s mother-of-the-bride dress, and she was so happy with the results! Last but not least, Jackie made a custom purse out of the fabric from my train. Such a great and meaningful touch! Thank you so much, Jackie! -Nikki S

Jackie did the alterations on my wedding gown. Her prices are very fair and her turn around time is faster than most other alteration providers. She was able to fix the bust and back of my gown, hem and bustle the train, and added built in cups. I felt and looked amazing on my wedding day. She also provided alterations to me on a bridesmaid dress a few years ago, hemming the dress and shortening the straps. Again, prices were fair and turn around time was quick. Highly recommend her for any of your alteration needs!!! -Shannon B

Jackie is absolutely phenomenal! When I first got my dress I was so worried that it wasn’t going to fit how I remembered it, as it was way too big. Jackie completely fixed all of that for me! She put in a beautiful 12 point bustle, added some boning and extra cups in, hemmed it, fixed the sleeves, everything! She is such a sweet beautiful lady as well, and made me feel so welcomed when I went for each of my appointments. Thank you for making my dress the best it could’ve been on our wedding day! I will be recommending you to everyone I know! -Marisa B

Jackie altered my heavy multi layer full length Ashley & Justin gown to fit my body perfectly. I was skeptical but the sewn in cups Jackie added gave me so much support and I felt like a princess that day. She is very talented, turnaround time was great, and she did a thorough try on / final adjustments before I left with my completed gowns. Highly recommend using Jackie! -Elizabeth C

Brides’ turnaround time is as early as 5 weeks total with a progress appointment as early as the 3-week mark and pick up as early as 2 weeks beyond the progress appointment.
Depending on how the dress fits we might not need a third appointment or if it’s too big or too small by more than 4 sizes a 4th appointment may be required. This will be determined at the drop off appointment.

-
Yes! Please be sure to mention it when inquiring and we can find a time long enough to accommodate multiple dresses or projects.
-
The drop off appointment we do the bulk of the pinning and style a bustle if you choose to have one. Your shoes are required at every appointment. This is scheduled for 60 minutes.
The progress appointment we’re just making minor tweaks on the bodice area just to make sure things are fitting properly. If your hem has something that needs to be removed and reattached (lace hem or plastic horsehair webbing) that is usually positioned at the progress appointment to ensure proper placement. This is scheduled for 30-40 minutes.
Then the pickup date we’re usually learning/teaching how to bustle the dress. If you choose to have someone learn and practice it that’s the appointment to have someone. If no one is available that’s okay. I have a dress form we put the dress on then do a recorded video explanation on how to do it. We do this video either way with or without a guest. This is scheduled for 30 minutes.
